An alternative view of education to mega-big, shiny new schools

Dr. Nathan has nothing to do with Let Duluth Vote or the Red Plan. He is a much sought after expert on alternative educational experiences such as charter schools. Let Duluth Vote thought his insights would be much welcomed as Duluth contemplates the future of its public schools. He made a presentation at the soon to be abandoned, ten-year old, Secondary Technical Center.
